Quick answers
Where is my RoundMate data stored?
Clients, jobs, planning, invoices, payment records and settings are stored locally on your iPhone. RoundMate does not provide an account or cloud sync for this data. Use Settings > Data & backup > Export backup before changing phones or reinstalling.
How do I restore a RoundMate Pro purchase?
Open Settings > RoundMate Pro and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple and RevenueCat check the subscription and restore the Pro entitlement.
How do I manage or cancel RoundMate Pro?
Open Settings > RoundMate Pro > Manage subscription, or open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops a future renewal; it does not delete your RoundMate data. See Apple's cancellation guide.
Does RoundMate send invoices automatically?
No. RoundMate creates the invoice PDF on your iPhone and shows a preview. You choose whether to open an email composer or the iOS share sheet, and you review everything before sending.
Does RoundMate take customer payments?
No. RoundMate records invoice and payment status for your own bookkeeping workflow, but it does not charge clients, connect to a bank, or process card payments.
How do maps and route planning work?
RoundMate stores map coordinates for addresses you preview and uses local straight-line distance estimates to suggest an order. You can open addresses or route stops in Apple Maps or Google Maps. Estimates are not live traffic or turn-by-turn navigation, so always check the route before driving.
Privacy by design
Your round remains yours
RoundMate has no advertising, cross-app tracking or general app-usage analytics SDK. It does not sell your data. Client, job, route and invoice data is not sent to RevenueCat; RevenueCat is used only for subscription and entitlement management.
