Governing licence
Apple's Standard EULA applies
RoundMate is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). That EULA is the legal agreement governing your licence to use the iPhone app. The information below explains RoundMate's service and subscriptions but does not replace the Apple EULA.
Read Apple's Standard EULA1. About RoundMate
RoundMate is a local-first iPhone app for solo window cleaners. It helps organise clients, recurring jobs, daily capacity, route order, invoice records, payment status, reminders, reports, backups and exports.
2. Free and Pro access
The Free plan provides the full app for up to 50 active clients. Inactive clients do not count towards that limit. RoundMate Pro unlocks unlimited active clients while the Pro entitlement is active. A subscription ending does not automatically delete existing local client records, although adding or reactivating clients above the Free limit may be restricted.
3. Auto-renewable subscriptions
- RoundMate Pro is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase system.
- The duration, full renewal price and any applicable offer are shown in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same duration unless it is cancelled through Apple before renewal.
- You can manage or cancel it from Settings > RoundMate Pro > Manage subscription, or from iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
- You can use Restore purchases in RoundMate Pro when reinstalling or using the same Apple Account on another eligible device.
Apple controls billing, renewal, cancellation and refund handling. See Apple's subscription cancellation guide. Resetting or deleting RoundMate does not cancel a subscription.
4. Your data and backups
RoundMate stores operational app data locally on your iPhone and does not provide cloud sync for it. You are responsible for exporting backups, protecting exported files and checking that a backup is available before resetting, deleting or moving the app. Subscription restoration restores Pro access; it does not restore local client or job data.
Read the RoundMate Privacy Policy for details about local data, RevenueCat, Apple purchases, maps and sharing.
5. Invoices, payments and reports
RoundMate is an organisational and record-keeping tool. It does not process customer payments and is not accounting, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for checking invoice details, numbering, VAT settings, reports and payment records, and for meeting any legal or tax obligations that apply to your business.
6. Routes, maps and safe use
Planning and distance information is an estimate. External map providers may change a route based on current conditions. RoundMate is not a navigation or traffic service. Check the route in your chosen map app and do not interact with RoundMate while driving.
7. Acceptable use
You must use RoundMate lawfully, respect your clients' privacy, keep their information secure and avoid entering content you do not have a right to use. You must not attempt to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer or interfere with the app or its subscription services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
8. Availability and changes
RoundMate may be updated to improve reliability, security or features. Features and service availability can change, and external services such as Apple, RevenueCat, mapping providers, email or messaging apps may occasionally be unavailable. Any rights and remedies provided by applicable law and Apple's Standard EULA remain unaffected.
9. Support
