Privacy Policy

RoundMate is designed as a local-first app for solo window cleaners.
Information stored in the app
RoundMate lets you save information such as:
- client names
- addresses
- phone numbers
- visit schedules
- prices
- payment status
- job notes
- route/order information
This information is stored locally on your device.
No account system
RoundMate currently does not have user accounts, login, cloud sync or a backend server.
No selling of data
RoundMate does not sell your data.
No advertising or analytics
RoundMate currently does not use advertising networks or analytics tracking.
Backups and exports
RoundMate lets you export backup files and CSV files. These exports are controlled by you.
If you choose to export, save, send or share a backup or CSV file, that file may contain client and job information. You are responsible for where you save or share exported files.
Maps, calls and messages
RoundMate can open your phone’s built-in apps or services, such as Maps, Phone, Messages, sharing and document picking.
When you preview or open an address in maps, your device or mapping provider may process that address to show the location.
When you call or message a client, your phone’s built-in Phone or Messages app handles that action.
Data deletion
You can delete clients inside the app.
You can also clear round data or reset the app completely from Settings.
Deleting the app from your phone may also delete locally stored RoundMate data unless you have exported a backup.
Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated if RoundMate changes how data is stored, processed or shared.
